Total Comfort Guarantee - We guarantee that the heating and air conditioning system(s) we have installed will heat and/or cool your home within one degree of the temperature we have stated at your electronic thermostat. If, with the first two years, the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will re-size the system at no additional cost to achieve the design temperature promised.

The "No Lemon" Guarantee - If the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, for any reason, we promise to install a brand new condensing unit. If the heat exchanger/combustion chamber in your furnace fails, for any reason, within the first ten years, we promise to install a brand new furnace.

"No Excuses" Guarantee - If for any reason, within the first two years, your comfort system fails to heat or cool your home and we do not restore your comfort within 24 hours, we will fix it for free.

No Guesswork Guarantee - We provide an "Up Front" guaranteed investment amount for your new comfort system. If any additional materials or labor are required to properly complete the installation of your furnace and air conditioner, there is no additional cost to you as our client. When we say how much it is, that's how much it is...period. There will be no surprises and no nightmares.

Lifetime Comfort Guarantee - As our service agreement client, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel if we are unable to repair your home comfort system within 24 hours of our arrival, or, if we are unable to replace it within 24 hours of your work order approval. This is a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own your system.

Ultimate Protection Guarantee - Our professional installation team will protect your floors, walls, furniture, doors, lawns, shrubs, flower beds, driveways, and everything else on your property. We will respect and treat your home like it is our own.
